Management Team
Richard P. Kughn - Chairman and CEO: as a managing member brings his extensive entrepreneurial experience to 3-D ETC. He has served in numerous capacities in the community and worked as chairman of the Greater Michigan Armed Forces Week, which is associated with The Michigan Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association, ROTC and TACOM.
David Hodgson - President: brings 15 years of experience in business development, training, sales and marketing, 10 of which have been spent in the safety and health care industry. He studied at Western Michigan University's School of Mechanical Engineering and serves on the board of directors for two non-profit behavioral support organizations in Southeast Michigan.
Karen Moore - Director of Operations: is responsible for Marketing, H/R, Programs, and ongoing office support. Karen was a Ford Motor Company executive for 30 years with global leadership experience in Strategic Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing. Karen most recently led global strategic business planning processes at Ford and has held a director level or higher position for the past 10 years.
Ray Nelson - Vice President of Sales: is responsible for sales and business development opportunities. After receiving a BA degree in business administration from Marietta College, Ray has compiled 15 years of insurance risk management for Travelers and Prudential Insurance Company, 18 years of health promotion sales and national management for Simon & Shuster Publishing, National Center for Health Promotion and American Institute for Preventative Medicine, and 5 years of facilitation and training of health and safety programs.
Creative and Production Team
Charles Mann Booth - Vice President: of Product Development assumes the overall management of 3D video production and content development efforts. As an award winning producer and director, Charles brings 30 years of experience in motion picture film and digital media production to the company, having produced for sports networks, Fortune 500 Corps and independent film production companies.
Daniel Symmes - 3-D Cinematographer: provides his expertise and 3D mastery to the 3-D ETC production team. He has been considered by industry leaders as "The Wizard" of 3D. With a lifetime of experience in creating 3D films, he has been lead 3D Cinematographer on Hollywood feature films and behind the 3D lens of dozens of 3D TV programs, including Home Improvement, 3rd Rock from the Sun, The Drew Carey Show and Spin City. He has also been a contributing writer for American Cinematographer and many other technical publications.
John Selby - Psychology Consultant: offers his expertise as a psychologist, author, executive coach and entrepreneur. He has spent 30 years researching awareness-management and proactive wellness principles and applications. John served as a perceptual-alertness consultant with United Airlines and the American Airline Pilots Association and is the author of over 30 books published in 12 languages with Bantam, Warner, Dutton, Dell, HarperCollins and Doubleday. John holds a ThD/PhD and has studied psychology at Princeton, UC Berkeley, and the Radix Institute.
