Instructional Design

For the development of a new course, both the 3D video and instructor-led components follow a process that involves the client throughout the entire workflow to ensure that the finished product is a perfect fit for your organization.

The ADDIE instructional design method provides a roadmap to ensure that your training needs are addressed and that no detail is overlooked.

Analysis phase - Multiple problem solving tools, such as the “5 Whys” are routinely employed to help isolate and define your training needs.

Design phase - Relies heavily on the collaborative relationship with our client. During this phase of the project methods to achieve key learning objects are defined and in the case of new product, creative, impactful movie scripts are developed.

Development phase - With client approval and input at each key project milestone, training materials are developed and 3D videos are created.

Implementation - Once the product has been completed, 3-D ETC will implement per your requirements. Whether you take advantage of our full-service program delivery, have us train your trainers, or you elect to conduct the training yourself, we'll be with you every step of the way. We'll also develop, collect, and analyze Level 1-4 evaluations if desired.

Evaluate - Evaluation is present continuously at each phase in the project. This ensures that adjustments can be made quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. A solid evaluation strategy after implementation will also demonstrate the effectiveness of the training solution.
