Although training is supposed to be an investment, at 3-D ETC, we realize that if it's delivered ineffectively, or without the right tools, it will be merely another cost. Founded in 2004, 3-D ETC employs people from three primary disciplines: Engineering, educational psychology and multimedia. This combined experience and expertise has led to the development of 3-D Experiential Training, a patented process that blends the psychology of scenario-based learning and immersive 3-D video and audio technologies, and has resulted in increased understanding and retention of information, and significant cost savings for our clients.
